Developer's staff is willing to come down to discuss if you come down. Otherwise, they are not willing to allow me to view the unit. They say this is not their policy to allow agents to view without buyers being present. They are also saying that there is no such problem that you mention.

Yes, this project was completed in 2016. I also know the developer TG Development P.L. and have dealt with them before. If you are keen on purchasing any unit there, we can make an appointment and go down and have a good look together with the developers staff. They are very receptive and always willing to assist. I have dealt with in other projects too.
